Planning, Estimating and Scheduling
Collaborative planning is key to productivity. Forming a strong relationship between the owner, engineer, contractor and supplier early in the project life cycle allows effective communication during the scoping, estimating and scheduling process before the first worker sets foot on the job site.

Project Experience
Imperial Limestone Ship Loader Truss Conveyor Project
Supply and installation of new Shiploader Truss Conveyor in remote location (Texada Island). Project included ‘Hard-Dates’ and utilized a challenging Critical Lift with a 500T Mobile Crane and a multi-disciplinary approach for success.
Viterra Cascadia Dust Collection Upgrade Project
Multi-year effort to install upgraded Dust Collection systems/infrastructure over multiple Outages and during operation.
New Gold – New Afton – Thickener Project
Installation of TAT building internal structural steel, process pumps, package skids and tanks. Assembly and installation for 45M Outotec Thickener. Project included multiple heavy lifts, complex mechanical installations, and execution throughout demanding conditions.
Howe Sound Pulp & Paper – Kiln Section Replacement
Kiln section replacement in partnership with RKM Crane Services.
New Gold – New Afton Mine Project
Structural Mechanical Install- Installation of mill building internal structural steel, pebble crusher building, process pumps, belt conveyors, cyclones, ball and sag mill liners, motors, shaker screens, filter presses, clarifiers, apron feeders, transfer towers, vertical grinding mills, and overhead cranes.
Lafarge Exshaw Expansion Project
Installation of 1 Raw Mill (Supplied by Pfieffer), 1 Finish Mill (Supplied by FLS), 1 Stacker Reclaimer (Supplied by Sanoma), 1 Baghouse (Supplied by Redecam), 1 Baghouse (Supplied by FLS), various surrounding equipment, conveyors and structural steel.
Teck Fording River – Clean Coal Silo Project (2017 to 2022)
Complete overhaul of 300+ ft silo.
Neptune Bulk Terminals – Coal Dumper Replacement Project
Replacement of rotary coal dumper, dust collection, indexer/grippers, and hopper/structural modifications at an active Terminal.
